Eligibility & Requirements
We will accept mediums in the following categories:
- Acrylic
- Oil
- Watercolor
- Drawing
- Includes pastel, ink, graphite, etc
- Mixed Media
- Photography
- Includes any image created using a light-capturing device such as a film-based or digital camera, scanner, pinhole camera, etc.
- Includes color, black & white or tinted photos, digitally manipulated photos, photograms, etc.
- Digital Art
- Artwork created by computer, using a pixel-based painting or graphics program, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Painter, etc.
- Please note: photos taken by digital camera, digitally-altered photos and images made using a scanner must be entered in the Photography category.
- Printmaking
- Includes etching, dry point, intaglio, etc.
- Sculpture
- Includes wood, stone, metal, clay, etc
Submission Guidelines:
- Artists may submit up to 2 art pieces for consideration.
- The first submission costs $20, with each additional entry priced at $10.
- Payment is non-refundable and does not guarantee acceptance.
- All work must be original. No kits or copies or giclée prints (Mounting, matting and framing excluded.)
- Artwork must be no more than 38” in any dimension, including matting and frame.
- Sculpture may not exceed 20” in depth or width. Measurements must include the base. Height up to 34” accepted.
- Sculpture weight may not exceed 70 pounds.
- All work must be ready to hang with screw eyes and wire.
- No artwork may be removed prior to the close of the exhibition.
- If we receive any work that is outside the bounds of the submission guidelines, your work will not be accepted.
Image Requirements:
- Artists may submit 1 – 3 images of each piece
- Accepted file formats: JPEG, PNG
- Ensure images are clear and accurately represent your artwork.
