Terms and Conditions

  • Upon submission of artwork to this juried exhibition, artists confirm the authenticity and originality of all pieces submitted under their name.
  • Artists grant express consent for the exhibition organizers to utilize the submitted artworks for display and promotion purposes across the exhibition's official digital presence, including but not limited to the official website, social media platforms, and any additional promotional materials associated with the event. This consent includes the use of the artists’ names and relevant social media identifiers for purposes of promotion and publicity related to the exhibition.
  • This is a juried exhibition. Submitting available works through this application does not guarantee your inclusion in the show. Application fees are nonrefundable, regardless of acceptance or rejection of their artwork.
  • Selected artists will only exhibit works chosen by the juror.
  • The Art Center of Northern New Jersey will receive a 25% donation of the value of any piece sold.
  • The artist will be responsible for shipping/delivering works to/from the Art Center. Artists mailing in their work must provide a prepaid shipping label and/or pick up their work in person. Shipping label must cover the full cost of transportation. The Art Center of Northern New Jersey is not responsible for art damaged in transit and/or stolen art in transit or delivery. All delivery and shipping questions should be directed at the selected carrier service. 
  • Artwork must be picked up by July 11 by appointment only.
  • Art work is not insured by the Art Center of Northern New Jersey in transit and/or on display in the gallery. Artists are encouraged to purchase their own art policy for their artwork. Every effort will be undertaken to safeguard and protect each piece in the show; however, the Art Center of Northern New Jersey disclaims any liability for loss or damage incurred. Entry in the exhibition signifies compliance with this waiver.
